If I am not mistaken it was Ronald Reagan who initiated yet another war---the war on drugs. Another miserable failure. Care to guess how much is spent on the war on drugs, including the jailing of tens of thousands? War on Poverty, War on Drugs, War on Terror, War on Iraq, War on Libya, War on Afghanistan, War, War and more War. Wonder why the US is broke and much of the world finds them distasteful?
