Yes. Ask your State representative to pass a law making it illegal to pay off rape victims and mandatory to disclose all information about those accused. Let them face a fair trial and if guilty, go to jail. THAT IS WHAT I PROPOSE. I do not post hate but facts.

Liquidating the Catholic Church's wealth, and spreading it equally between the victims would make serious headway!
