Three Terrorists Might Go Free
These monsters burnt down nine
churches.

The Alabama Attorney General's Office announced Troy King will
not supervise prosecution of three defendants. Birmingham attorney Tommy Spina said Attorney General Troy King
notified lawyers that three district attorneys would coordinate
prosecution for the state.

Will Alabama Stand Up And Be Counted?
Cloyd, 21, Russell DeBusk and Benjamin Moseley, both 20, were
arrested March 8 and charged in federal court with conspiracy and
arson. They burned nine church fires in Bibb, Greene, Sumter and
Pickens counties.
A week after the federal charges,
the state brought arson, burglary, criminal mischief and cruelty to
animal charges against the defendants.

State Wants Ten Year Sentence
Bibb County District Attorney
Michael Jackson said a resolution could be reached by January, but
said the punishment would be "at least 10 years" combined time in
federal and state prisons.
Local Jews said they will appeal to the Supreme Court, and
even President Bush will hear from us.

Three District Attorneys Involved
Troy threw it at three district attorneys and the U.S. Attorney
Office in Birmingham, this opens everything up to confusion and a
eventual mistrial
"We are working diligently because these cases are due to be
resolved," Spina said. "It is our desire and our hope that we can
move them forward toward resolution."

The Case Has Stalled For A Reason
God-fearing Alabamians want justice, and this case is almost a
year old. The interested parties have gotten the Alabama Attorney
General to back out, and now they will muddle it in district courts.
This is deliberately being bungled so these three can walk.

Everyone Shudders
Since these students were arrested, it has been a nonstop PR
campaign going to get them out. But what Alabama officials refuse to
talk about is the
barrage of church fires. Local
arson investigators admit
these are the most professional they have ever seen.
The
Covenant Church Fire made even
Attorney General King flinch.

The Real Fear Is A Murder
The Alabama Judicial is starting to wake up and see who is
really involved. The local officials are mad and have their
principles, but it is painfully obvious that if they push, their
careers are over.
Everyone is whispering about death threats. If one of the
judicial system's member's ten year-old kids is approached by a
stranger, that will be the end of this case.
