Bomb Was Massive and Sophisticated
The bomb was ten times more lethal than previous bombs, it was the
equivalent 30,000 pounds of TNT. The sewage truck shaped the
charge so the force hit the building.

The 4404th Still Had To Perform Its Mission.
The C-130 squadron resumed operations that same day. On the
afternoon of June 28, F-15 fighters from the 79th were back on station
for the continuation of Operation Southern Watch.
Squadron Commander Comments:
"Here we were, one of the most lethal air components in the world,
an F-15 squadron, and someone sneaks up in the middle of the night and

Israel Is Very Helpful
Israel points out that these were Hezbollah terrorists that were trained
in Lebanon.
The Jewish FBI director, Louis Freeh put 100 agents on it for a year, and he concluded that
members of the Saudi and Lebanese Hezbollah were responsible.
Freeh acknowledged they were funded by Tehran, Iran.

Army Investigators Suspect
Israel
The sophistication of the operation goes way beyond the
capabilities of rogue terrorists. Col. J. Denim argues that the people
involved had the physical layout of the entire complex. Normally, they
would have picked buildings with garages, or ones in a tighter zone.
The terrorists picked that building to infuriate an F-15 air wing.
The US army lets Israeli advisors wander all over this complex and
that's going to stop.

Who Benefits?
Does Iran, Iraq, Syria benefit from attacking a F-15 air
wing, that is bombing Iraq?
This was a very complex operation. The target, an F-15
Operational Wing, that was involved the Iraqi 'Southern Watch', was was
too specific. The bomb was too sophisticated for a lone terrorist.
This attack inflamed the US Air Force, for this,
and future operations. Israel is the only beneficiary.
