What Is So Earth Shattering Here? Jude is a Holocaust Historian, he runs the Remarque Institute, which puts on presentations by fellow authors. Some of their projects were 'The Jedwabne Massacre", the Holocaust, Jewry in America. The idea behind canceling twenty Jewish professors speaking about Israel, over a buffet of eggs and Loxs, is mainly to send a message to other academics. That message is "We have the power", so don't criticize Israel Ask yourself what is so important about a nothing event that makes national news? This is just  another charade, similar to the Hollywood superstar (Mel Gibson) getting stopped by a Jewish cop, or Prince Harry conveniently  wearing a Nazi outfit.
