Claims Of A Fierce Battle
Iraqi police say a mysterious cult of insurgent men, women, and
children, who were disguised as pilgrims were going to Najaf
to stage a major attack. There was a 24 hr battle, using US
airpower, and close to
300 were killed.
Three Iraqis and two US troops also died.
This story gets more convoluted by the second.

A Very Strange Day
US helicopters take out a cult of 300 men, women, and children? We
are beginning to look like Israelis. Next you have sophisticated bombs
killing 36, which leads to a civil war, and only Israel benefits.
I especially like the 'Sword of Abraham' striking the car dealership.
