The Come From Michigan To Florida Every Year In Hope

Julie Wills
She was a model who won a trip to a Bahamas beauty contest. In Nassau she met Abe Flocco a 28 yr old Jewish stockbroker, and he talked her into moving to Florida, where his contacts would help her career. After a short romance they broke up, but maintained a business friendship.
On Friday, April 12, 1996, the 32-year-old Texas beauty queen and her ex-boyfriend, Steven Flacco, went to a mutual friend's birthday party. She was slashed to death later that night.

A Business Party
Abe Flocca invited Julie to a party where he promised her business contacts.  As the night wore on she received a page from her new boyfriend and Flocco went ballistic.  Julie, sensing some danger, left the party and went to her house.

That Night She Was Slaughtered
Police say both the front and back doors of Julie's home were locked -- and a bloody wooden stick had been wedged into the track of the sliding glass door, apparently after her attacker had left.

Investigators also noted that nothing appeared to be missing from Julie's home. Her purse, wallet, and valued belongings were untouched. Additionally, there were no signs of forced entry, and Julie was found wearing nothing but a skimpy nightgown. To investigators, this meant two things: Julie likely knew her attacker -- and was potentially even comfortable enough around him to let him in her home without covering up first.

Flacco Discovers The Body
Julie got into her car and drove home after Friday's birthday party. He denied fighting with her over the pager -- and says he didn't hear from Julie at all over the weekend. Flacco told police that he called her on Sunday, and got a busy signal -- so he went to her house to check on her with a neighbor.

Police Interview Abe Flocco
According to Flacco, they looked through windows in Julie's home and saw her lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Flacco and the neighbor called 9-1-1 to tell them about their discovery.

Flacco Refuses To Be Interviewed
Police interviewed Flacco, who agreed to give complete a lie detector test the next day, and give fingerprints. But police say he never showed -- and has since refused to allow investigators to interview him. 9
He had a life insurance policy on the girl, so he hired an attorney, who used another Zionist to give him a lie detector test needed to collect the policy. His lawyer says it is anti-Semitism at it's worst.

Police Have A New Theory
The south Florida police say the killer was a drifter, and not the Jewish stockbroker.

Flacco Had Wounds
The neighbor who called 9/11 said Flacco had a wound. 8

This Area Is Considered The American Tel Aviv
The girl was slaughtered, she was stabbed 5 times, and there was massive amounts of DNA. She had skin under her nails, and the attacker's hair in her hand. The case is 13 years-old. The main suspect, the stockbroker, even collected a $50,000 insurance policy on the dead girl.
