New Orleans would be the premier spot for a second Las Vegas, but it
was 70% Schwartzers. But then God decided that New Orleans was the
Devil's Town, a place full of drunken and promiscuous Schwartzers, so
God decided to
flood the town. But alas God will bring
a 21st century Noah's Ark, full of fresh Eastern European stock, and
replenish the town for the coming casinos.
