Judge Kapnick Throws Out Lawsuit
Natalee was killed thirteen months ago in Aruba, and the
body was never found. The main suspects are Joran Van Der Sloot and his
father Paulus. Not getting anywhere in Aruba, Beth Twitty filed a civil
suit in New York.
On 8/3/2006 a Judge Kapnick called the lawsuit
'Ephemeral' and decided not to waste New York's taxpayer money.

The Validity Of The Case
The lawyer, John Kelly, would never have filed it if there wasn't a
possibility of it being heard.

Joran Is 'Elated'
Judge Barbara Kapnick sided with an application by the Van der Sloots
to quash the suit. She referred to a previous ruling that stated local
taxpayers should not have to foot the bill for a complex case "when their
interest in the suit ... is so ephemeral."
Joran van der Sloot was "elated" by the judge's decision, his attorney
told Fox News.

There Is No Surprise Here
The Netherlands Antilles is an autonomous group of islands off of
Caracas. The islands are a transshipment point for cocaine from South
America to Europe, and ecstasy from the Netherlands to America. The
islands of Aruba,
and Curacao, were originally built around the Surinam coffee and sugar
run by Jewish traders in the 1660's. From there they went into slavery,
and today it's drugs, casinos, gun running, and
erotic vacations.
To hope that a Jewish judge from New York is going to expose that
nest of vultures, is absurd.
