So let the Arabs create and enforce the No-Fly Zone with their own military and Air Force....

To put a No Fly Zone in place will require War with Libya, first we must use air strikes and missles to take out his Air Defense capability and then we must shoot down any military aircraft he sends up....This is War and it is a foreign military intervention.

This is Libyas Civil War... Loyalist and rebels fighting....people on both sides will die...that is the nature of war.

The Rebels know Him, his military and his ruthlessness---if they thought he would not use his entire military force to put down the rebellion they are stupid and doomed to failure. Well intentioned Amateurs fighting a trained and equipped Army and Air Force leaves little room for a learning curve...you learn fast or die quicker, it has nothing to do with "Fair" or whats right...just life or death.

There are dozens of Civil Wars going on today with worse violence and killing, look at the Ivory Coast, yet we are not involved....

We should not become involved in this Civil War....If the UK, France and Arab nations are concerned THEY can become involved and enforce a No Fly Zone with their Military, not the USA.
