what Hussein wants to do is put OUR troops under the UN....this is what Bubba wanted to do during the Balkan War....that is, until the US Military came to him and reminded him US Forces ONLY FIGHT UNDER OUR COMMAND! ...our military had to remind Bubba that he IS the Commander and Chief! ..all this while Bubba was chasing a blue skirt!!I don't hear anyone in Congress calling for military intervention in Libya.
The only ones Gung-ho for it are the Media.
Sending troops to die in a land where people hate us just so the media can sell advertising would be the height of stupidity.Kudos to Obama, at least he had conscience, not like Bush and Cheney, who bankrupted America in useless wars to enrich themselves.Why is the Right Wing in such an all fired rush to get us involved in another military conflict. They don't want to buy a band-aid for a senior who needs one but they have billions to drop bombs on other countries.So far obama to my great surprise has made the right decision. These people are on the attack, that was their choice. Of course any leader attacked is going to fight back. He already gave up his wmd's, we have no business interfering.
